Shipping policy

We strive to ship out orders within 2-3 business days, often much faster than that. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays, any order placed after 2 PM PST on Friday will be processed Monday (at the earliest).

Singles

Shipping for singles is $0.99. Orders totaling over $20 are eligible for free shipping, and your cart must only contain singles. Orders under $40 will be shipped using untracked plain white envelopes, and orders $40 and over will be shipped using tracked bubble mailers.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free for orders totaling over $200 (before any taxes and fees).

COVID-19

COVID-19 has caused many delays with shipping carriers, so shipments may be delayed out of our control. We use tracked shipping for most packages, so please monitor your tracking number for updates. Low-value singles are shipped out using plain white envelopes, which may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
