Refund policy

General Return Policy

Most new, unopened items are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. Return requests initiated outside this window are not eligible for return.

Returns for undamaged product (i.e. buyer's remorse) may be returned with 14 days of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to properly package and ship the items back to us at their cost, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Items damaged during transit or missing/wrong items can be returned to us at our cost, and (at your request) a replacement will be sent where possible. Exceptions to a replacement may include the product being out of stock, or we no longer carry the product, in which case a refund will be provided.

We take pictures and/or video as we pack each order, and can provide those to you at your request, so you know that your order was packed with care. We are not responsible for any damage in the case the shipping company opens and inspects your package. Sealed product may have manufacturing defects, and we are not responsible for any dents or tears in the packaging, or damaged components inside the product.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@oblivioncollectibles.com. You’ll also need the packing slip. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number and return shipping label (if applicable), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and you must pay for shipping if you want them returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the package shows exterior damage, please take pictures/video as you open it, and include them in your return/exchange request.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sealed product that has been opened cannot be returned. Any product marked as "non-refundable" or "final sale" cannot be returned under any circumstance.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
